امریکایی سناتور جان ایف کیری ویلی چی د دې ادعاګانو سره سره چی ویل کیږی د افغانستان د ولسمشر حامد کرزي کشر ورور احمد ولی کرزﺉ یعنی په کندهار کی د جنوبی افغانستان استاځی د مخدره موادو مشهور کاروباری دی ، خو ما ته د امریکا د استخباراتو او هم د قانونی تعقیب د څانګی لخوا کوم مؤثق ثبوت نه دی راښکاره سوی ، تر څو دغه ادعاګاني صحیح ثابتی کړی . په دوشنبه د هغی مباحثې پر مهال چی د افغانستان څخه د کیری تر راستنېدو وروسته د بهرنیو اړیکو په جرګه ګۍ کی وسوه ، د کیری څخه وپوښتل سوه چی پر ولسمشر کرزي به څنګه اعتماد وسی چی د آوازو له مخی د ده ورور د هېواد د لویو مخدره ییز کاروباریانو څخه دی ، هغه په دې احتیاط ډوله خبر داري سره ورته وویل چی « زه ستاسو څخه د دې بیان په ویلو سره هیڅ اعتماد نه سپموم ، خو فکر کوم چی دا مهمه ده چی دغه موضوع ایسته وغورځوو . »
کیری وویل چی د حامد کرزي سره زما د کتنی پر مهال « موږ په دې باره کی مستقیمأ سره وږغېدو . په حقیقت کی هغه زما څخه په دې هکله وپوښتل . . . هغه پخپله دا مسأله راپورته کړه . دا ډیره په زړه پوری ده ، او موږ د ده د ورور د آګاهیو په اړه خبري وکړې . »
سناتور کیری وویل چی « اجازه راکړﺉ د دې شي په باره کی داسی ځواب درکړم چی ما په دې هکله د استخباراتی منابعو او قانونی تعقیب د ځواکونو څخه شواهد او مدارک وغوښتل ، یعنی را ویې ښیاست چی دغه سړﺉ په دې کار کی څونه لاس لری . خو زه به تاسو ته ځای پر ځای په زغرده ووایم چی هیچا هم او بیا هم هیچا کوم ثبوت نه درلود تر څو راته ویلی یې وای چی دغه دي اړونده مدارک ، یا راته ویلی یې وای چی موږ د ده په باره کی دا یا هغه څه اورېدلي دي او یا هم دا چی هغه مو هلته یا دلته راګیر کړی دی او یا هم ګواکی دا د ده د لاس لرلو شواهد دي . نو ځکه دا څرخنده خبري دي او تاسی پوهیږﺉ چی هلته ډول ډول بیانونه شته دي لکه دغه څرخنده خبري چی دي . » ده زیاته کړه چی « زه نه سم کولای چی ټولی هغه خبري اتري همدا اوس درته بیان کړم چی د ولسمشر ( کرزي ) سره می کړي دي . زما په فکر ځینی شیان سته چی احمد ولی کرزي کړي او مرستندویه نه دي ثابت سوي ، مګر یو لړ داسی کارونه یې هم کړي چی زموږ لپاره ډیر ګټور تمام سوي دي . »
ځکه نو کیری استدلال وکړ چی « موږ باید هغه انډول ته ښه متوجه اوسو تر څو د هغه له مخی کندهار او هماغه ځانګړې سیمه په ښه توګه اداره کړو . زه ډاډمن یم چی دا هغه خبري اتري وې چی ډیر ژر به ولسمشر ( کرزﺉ ) په هغه متعهد سی .
خو موږ د دې سره ډیر حساس یو ، همدا اوس موږ د کوکنارو تر څنګ روان یو . موږ ځکه هغه له منځه نه دي وړي چی په دې خبر سوي یو چی تر څو پر ځای یې کومه بله عوضی تولیدی ماده ور نه کړو هغه نسو محوه کولای . او ځکه نو موږ اوس تر پخوا متوجه او پوه سوي یو . »
کیری وویل چی « که تاسو د هغوی ټوله روزی پر ودروﺉ او پر ځای یې هیڅ شی هم ورنکړﺉ نو معنا یې دا ده چی طالبان تولیدوﺉ . ځکه نو زما په فکر موږ اوس یو څه هوښیار سوي یو . »
کیری وویل چی زه په دې عقیده یم چی کرزی « په دې ضرورت پوهیږی چی باید یو لړ بدلونونه راسی . د ده په حکومت کی ځینی فوق العاده وزیران شتون لری . موږ د هغوی سره له نږدې کار کوو او موږ پر ځینو دغو وزیرانو ډیر مهم اعتماد لرو . »
ده ومنل چی « په ځینو وزارتونو کی دلته هلته ډیر مشکلات هم سته چی سم خدمتونه نه کیږی او وزیر هم په هغه ښه خبر وی . »
کیری وویل « لکه په هرو انتخاباتو کی چی هر ځای کیږی ، د هیڅ کوم هېواد ولسمشر هم نه غواړی چی تر څو انتخابات ختم سوی نه وی ، ووایی چی څوک به له صحنې ووزی . » خو ده په تکرار سره وویل چی « زه په دې ډاډه یم چی ځینی بدلونونه به راځی او موږ ځکه باید لاس ورکړو چی د دې اوښتلو مرکز دوی پخپله دي . »

Tags: Hamid Karzai, John F Kerry, Ahmad Wali Khan Karzai, Afghanistan, United Despite claims that Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai's [ Images ] younger brother Ahmad Wali Khan Karzai -- the representative for southern Afghanistan in Kandahar -- is a prominent figure in the drug trade, United States Senator John F Kerry has said no hard evidence has been provided to him by US intelligence and/or law enforcement to lend credence to these allegations.
In the interaction that followed his address to the Council on Foreign Relations on Monday on his recent trip to Afghanistan, Kerry, asked about President Karzai's lack of credibility when his brother is rumoured to be one of the country's biggest drug lords, started with a caveat that "I hope I am not violating any confidence in sharing this with you, but I think it's important to sort of put it out there."
During his meeting with Hamid Karzai, Kerry said, "we had a very direct conversation about that. In fact, he asked me about ...he raised the subject. It's quite interesting, and we talked about the perceptions of his brother."
"Let me just say this in answer to it, (that) I have requested from our intelligence sources and law enforcement forces the smoking gun -- the evidence," the senator said. "Show me what do we know that he's had this (involvement). And, I'll tell you right now folks, nobody has -- nobody has -- nobody's given me that sort of hard and fast here's what we heard him say or here's what we caught him doing, or here's what he's involved in, etc."
"So, this swirls around, and you know, there are lots of different stories like that swirl around," he said, and added: "Now I am not going to go into all of the conversations I had with the president (Karzai). I think there are things that Ahmad Wali Karzai has done that haven't been helpful, (but) there are things he does which are very helpful for us."
Thus, Kerry argued that "we need to look hard at the balance of how we can best manage Kandahar and that particular region. I am confident that that is a conversation that is going to be engaged in very, very soon with the president (Karzai)."
"But we are all very sensitive to that, (but) for the moment, we are walking by the poppies. We are not destroying them because we have learned that it is counter-productive to do that unless you have a replacement. And, so, I think we've gotten smarter."
Kerry said "the immediate demand is security and then, once you got security, bring the people in to begin to work on the crop substitution, on the alternative seeds."
However, he reiterated, "If all you do is destroy their livelihood and there is no substitution for it, you are creating the Taliban [ Images ] or whatever. So, I think, we've gotten smarter."
Kerry said he was convinced that Karzai "understands the need to make some changes. There are some terrific ministers incidentally in his government. We work with them very closely and we have significant confidence in a number of these ministers."
He acknowledged that "there are also some where there are some greater problems in certain ministries in terms of delivery of services and he is well aware of it."
Kerry said "as in any election anywhere, no one running for election for president of the country is going to announce who is moving out till the election is over," but he reiterated that "I am confident there are going to be some changes and we need to work very hard at these because they are central to this turning around."
