نوموړئ د۱۳۳۴لیږد لمریز کال دمرغومی په ۱۱ (۱۹۵۵ م کال دجنوري په لومړۍ» نټه دکونړونوو لایت دنرنګ دولسوالۍ دلمټک په کلي کې زیږیدلئ دپلار نوم يی محمد سیفورؤ. دپلار له اړخه دمزدور خان او دمور له اړخه دکیجانخان چې دواړه ورونه او د محمدافضل خان زامن او دمحمد اکرم خا ن دزوي محمد عمر خان لمسي وولمسئ دئ .

Muhammad Yousaf
Khedmatgar Mozdoorzoy
Date of Birth: 1st Jan, 1955
Place of Birth: Lamatak Village of Narang district, Kunar
Social Condition:
Muhammad Yousaf Khedmatgat Mozdoorzoy is born in poor family of Muhammad Saifoor Khan. From the father side, Mazdoor Khan, and from mother side Kejan Khan, who both were brother and sons of Muhammad Afzal Khan who was the son of Muhammad Umar Khan and he was the son of Muhammad Akram Khan.
Muhammad Saifoor Khan and Saifulrahman were kids yet when their father Mazdoor Khan died. Their brother Kejan Khan beguiled all the land and property of their brothers by pretending several things and recruited both nephews, Saifoor Khan and Saifulrahman, as servants. When they were in old age they sold the remaining land and property and lived a very elusive life. They left nothing else but an old house for their children. Khedmatgar was still 8 years old when his father Muhammad Saifoor Khan died; therefore, he faced the knotty and problematic life. Facing the mirror of baffling life of his, and looking to the impenetrable life of Afghans, Muhammad Yousaf Khedmatgat Mazdoorzoy enter the ground of politics. Along with followers of development and reconstruction, opposing lingual, tribal, and religious oppressions, he was jailed several times and faced many other difficulties.
Education:
Khedmatgar has studied his Primary, Middle, and high school in Narang School and has a bachelor degree from Police Academy. He also studied PDPA (Peoples Democratic Party of Afghanistan) institute of Political science in 1979-1980. He also has studied Commissioners Vocational Faculty of Police Academy under Ministry of Interior affairs of Peoples democratic republic of Afghanistan.

And has participated in three different international seminars and workshop of UNDCP.
Publications:
Khedmatgar has deep love with poetry since childhood. He has published a series of six books of poetry under the title of Heeli Handoona I n 1999 and has published a series of 4 books under the title of Heeli, Armanona, aow Manzaloona in 2000. His various topics and poems are published in several publications of Afghanistan and now this book Da Kochniano aow tankio zwanano lapara Sherona aow Kisay (Stories and Poems for Kids and Adoloscents), which expresses and delivers the ideas of unity, development, and prosperity to them.

And now he is an immigrant in Norway
